Andrea Nelson is an actor based in Los Angeles. She combines an unabashed passion for the arts with a grounded heart tempered by training and some good old fashioned Pacific Northwest pragmatism. She is known for her insatiable curiosity and her attention. Andrea Nelson is a kick-butt martial artist and sci-fi queen. She merges the smoky tones of Olivia Wilde with a healthy dose of the irresistible, mischievous Jodie Foster.
Andrea has studied locally in Los Angeles under Martin Landau, Laura Gardner, Robert D'Avanzo, Sal Romeo and the Groudlings - among others. She received her BA at Western Washington University where her training included Stantislavsky, improv, Shakespeare, Growtowski, Suzuki, Viewpoints, Linklater, solo performance, comic combat and devising.
