Andrea Nelson wins "Best Actress"

Andrea Nelson wins "Best Actress" for her leading role in Honor Productions LLC's short film, Absence of Evidence. Film Racing's 100 Hour Film Race gave Nelson the award, as well as honoring the film itself as one of their finalists.
